i mixed yeast, some corn oil, sugar and water. i then added like a couple cups of flour slowly and let it rise for like an hour and a half.
fried up some sweet italiain sausage (minus the casings), peperoni, salami, zucch, olives, mushrooms, some Italian seasonings in a pan. i did not use any butter nor oil.
i sliced the cheese. this failed, i recommend grating your cheese.
i rolled up the filling in the dough. the speckled one was a failed attempt because i rolled the dough too thin. its not a crepe. let the dough rise again and glazed with egg water. i baked at 425 for like 30 minutes or maybe less.
this is a substitution for buttermilk but i like the taste of the 2% milk better
not needed but i like a little butter in the pan, pan should be middle to lower middle heat. this takes a little longer but will make it harder for the pancakes to burn.
when the bubbles pop and don’t heal its time to flip it. needs less time on the 2nd side than the first.
serve with maple syrup, jam, honey, whatever you like.
serve one as soon as each is done.
Each time I make a smoothie it is a little bit different. Bur some things I have noticed help a lot as far as getting the consistency the way I like it and the taste interesting and bright.
I have illustrations! That makes everything better, right?
Ahead of time I use filtered water to make my ice cube in a tray. Good water in, better tasting ice. That’s what I like.
Fill the bottom fifth of the blender with ice.
Don’t attempt to fill the top fifth of the blender, that is strictly for professionals.
Then cover the ice with juice.
It could be any type of juice or liquid. If it covers the ice, it will blend evenly and quickly. Blend those two ingredients now.
Add two bananas.
Blend them now.
Now add fruit. Today I have blueberries. I like to wash them in the sink before adding. Almost any kind of fruit serves here.
Now blend these.
Add Yogurt. I use like um half a cup or so.
and blend again.
Lately I have been adding a spoonful of Coco Lopez. I did not have any so I used a shot of Coconut Toriani. It is not as good but it is nice to have some coconut flavor in there.
It probably is sweet enough already but sometimes I add honey.
Blend once more and serve with a straw.
Voila.
