Bermuda Triangle Service
My good friend sent me this album. I like it a lot and thought I would mention it here. Its very odd to hear your friends play music and not be there but instead be in your car. It's moved me to be nostalgic and wonder why I am not painting more or rather at all.The album is I guess sorta folk rock and my friend sings on it and her S.O. is also there playing drums. Who did this painting for the cover art, its unclear. but I am thinking maybe one of the two aforementioned.
Anyway I like it. I miss my old friends. I keep trying to go to a show but if I thought I had no free time before, it was nothing (actually something) compared to now.

Should Not Feel This Way
I just found a friend is getting married. Its good. I'm happy for this person. Surely they will be happy in married bliss. Surely they deserve a person who loves them with everything they've got. I don't know why I feel somehow depressed and blase' about it.I think I'm just screwed up in the head.
Not that long ago I thought that everyone should be married. Now somehow I am feeling mopey about this persons happiness. I am really such an idiot.

Sort of Roxie
No more Initials. Everybody gets a corny nickname hand picked by me.So Mrs. mice's friend came over last night. I will call her Roxie. Why? Just Cuz. K?
Anyway she's gettin' married. Wow. Very nice. She gots a ring and everything. Yes I know "gots" is not a word. but today I am paying it extra. We went out to sushi and even though I ordered Tamago I ate none of it. Very sad. Poor uneaten Tamago. What did you ever do to deserve such a fate? Nothing. Anyway I used to get Tamago each and every time and eat it like it was gonna go bad if left to the last. It wouldn't be a problem if anyone else I ever had dinner with ever ate it. But. Oh well. Remind me never to order it any more. OK?

Poker Party
Too many parties in too few days. Actually the poker party was way too much fun. I founds out that my Dad really knows how to play poker well. I was happy just to spend time with him and my friends from work. I learned a little about how to play, how to bet, that sort of thing. I provided beer but did not have any myself. I easily could have but I was having plenty of fun without imbibing. The snacks I provided went over pretty well. The whole thing lasted about 6 hours then everyone just decided it was time to go.I am hoping I can do this again sometime soon.
